Havan Kriya, Agnihotra & Sacred Homa
Master Course
Welcome to this comprehensive guide on Havan Kriya and Agnihotra. This “master course” will teach you the art of Havan, an ancient Vedic fire ritual also known as Homa, or Havana. Agnihotra is a simplified, daily form of Havan performed at sunrise and sunset. Rooted in Hindu traditions, these practices involve offerings to fire (Agni) as a messenger to the divine, promoting spiritual growth, environmental purification, and personal well-being. We’ll cover the fundamentals, benefits, materials, step-by-step procedures, key mantras, and tips for practice. This is made suitable for modern life.
Fire (Agni) is the first teacher of humanity. In the Vedic worldview, Havan, Agnihotra, and Sacred Homa are not rituals— they are precision technologies of consciousness that transform matter, mind, karma, and collective atmosphere.
This version draws from traditional Vedic roots but adapts for apartments with limited space, using ventilation and safety measures. Regular practice promotes mindfulness, stress relief, and environmental harmony in today’s fast-paced world.
This Master Course transmits the “complete inner and outer science of sacred fire”— integrating mantra, timing, breath, geometry, herbs, planetary rhythms, and subtle-energy dynamics. These Agni Kriyas are streamlined from 5-10 minutes to about 48 minutes. You can do in a well-ventilated balcony or in a clean kitchen area with exhaust fan.
